Respected experts,
I have a case wherein there was deficiency of private bus service provider with regard to type of bus provided, timings, place of departure etc both while on my way to and back from his trip. He had booked his tickets through redbus.in. He had cancelled one ticket among 10 tickets booked, but they have not refunded the amount as per their terms of contract. Now, I need case laws which help me strengthen my case which favour my client.

YOUR FACTS ,IF TRUE ,ARE IN THEMSELVES FORM A CASE LAW.WE MUST NOT LOOK FOR A CASE LAW FOR EVERY GENUINE DEMAND MADE AS PER PROVISIONS OF LAW,SUCH PRACTICE REDUCES CONFIDENCE ABOUT UNDERSTANDING OF BARE PROVISIONS.
LET OTHER PARTY COME WITH A CASE LAW THAT YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED FIRST .

If you establish deficiency in service, consumer forum automatically provide you desired relief without expecting any case law from you as law is very clear on thi aspect.
