i wants to file as civil suit for cancelation for sale deed, their are two sale deed, which i wants to challange, i wants to know that, courtfees stamp is calculated on both sale deed? and in my civil suit petition in title of the petition, it is compulsory that i mention both sale deed no, for example, suit for declaration and cancelation for sale deed no_______ and sale deed no_______ . or only first time sale deed no ?

Court fee shall be calculated for both sale-deeds as you are challenging both and both sale deeds no. is required to be mentioned in your plaint.

YOU NEED TO PAY ADVOLERUM COURT FEES IF YOU ARE A PARTY TO DEEDS YOU WANT TO CHALLENGE AND SEEK CANCELLATION ON GROUND OF FRAUD ,COERCION/DURESS,MISREPRESENTATION ,UNDUE INFLUENCE etc., BUT IN CASES OF IMPERSONATION THE CALCULATION IS ON DIFFERENT FOOTING AND NOT ADVOLERUM,AND IF LAND REVENUE IS ALSO FIXED AND PAID TO STATE IN CASES OF AGRILANDS ,THE COURT FEES COMES VERY NOMINAL,BUT THE CALCULATION DOES VARY SUBJECT TO STATE LAWS.
THERE IS NO PRACTICE TO GIVE THE REFERENCE OF IMPUGNED DEEDS IN THE TITLE OF THE SUIT. HOW EVER YOU NEED TO AVER GROUNDS ON BASIS OF WHICH YOU WANT TO CHALLENGE THE TWO DEEDS IN THE BODY OF PLAINT PARA GRAPHICALLY AND IN THE RELIEF THE ENTIRE DETAILS OF DEED SUCH AS EXECUTED ON......,BY...........,IN FAVOR OF.......,AND REGISTERED ON..........IN BOOK NO....SERIAL NO .........AT SUB REGISTRATION OFFICE....... SHOULD BE PREFERABLY GIVEN.
