If a summons has been issued by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, to appear in a court as a witness and if we don't comply with the orders then what will be repercussion for not attending the court.
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 08 September 2011
They will wait for one or two hearings. Still if you do not turn up then they will issue nonbailable warrant against you to procure your presence.
Then the lawyer also charge you fees accordingly, which you could avoid if only you do not play truant with the court.

i agree with mr ramchandran
