We are two brothers and two sisters of our late parents.Our father has left a house and some moveable assets. A dispute arose between us and our sisters about the assets left behind by our father. They have filed a suit for partition of property before the High Court of Delhi. The mater was being debated in the family for sometime. Now all the four of us have reached an agreement for partition of all assets of our late parents.
I seek your advice as to what documentation needs to be executed to ensure that no further claim is raised by any of the family members or their heirs at any later stage.

Draft a Settlement-Deed and put it before High Court with an application to send your case in Permanent Lok Adalat situated in High Court wherein your statements in support of your deed shall be entered and the desired solution shall arrive accordingly.
