Information about transfer of court

i want to know the detailed procedure of transfering a case from one court to another???

You need to give an transfer application for transfering the case to any other court to the District and session judge with the sufficiant reasons and grounds for which you have no hope to get the justice from that court.Note that the grounds must be strong and with proofs otherwise your application will get dismissed .That will be much more worst condition for you .

If case is to be transferred in another State then application is required to be moved before Apex Court, from other district then in High Court and from other court within district then district court.

You have to give details about your case. You didn't stated little bit also about your case. My suggestion is you have to file transfer cmp before your high court. In case if its hmop, and you are the wife mean the convenience of wife to be considered.. Otherwise your case is too weak to get transfer.
