Dear Brothers/All Experts
District Consumer Forum awarded claim against LIC and one another opposite party to pay jointly or severally. LIC by mistake made full payment. Decree Holder receipt payment thereafter another opposite party also submitted 1/2 of the awarded amount by way of cheque in the name of decree holder. execution proceeding was continued. LIC requested from the Forum to issue direction to the O.P. (who has submitted 1/2 amount of cheque)to submit cheque in the name of LIC. The Forum issued direction but after passed FOUR ORDERS they closed execution proceeding without realisation of money.
can LIC submit revision/review/appeal etc in same forum/state forum.
kindly suggest and citation if any

It can file revision before State Consumer commission. In the same DCDRF can only be filed if ex-parte order has been pronounced.
