Hello experts. What's the kind of maintenance a wife can expect if she is
earning
(i) more than her husband ??
(ii)And during the proceedings generally what are the necessary documents which the husband and wife should be expected to obtain to prove their respective stands.

if the wifr is earning more than husband she cannot claim anything.
slary slips of the wife to be produced to prove your stand.

bank statements of both the parties for last 3 years , income tax returns filed by parties, salary slips .in case wife is earning more than husband court would not award her any maintenance.
