relinquishment deed for property rights

I WANT TO EXECUTE A RELINQUISHMENT DEED WITHOUT CONSIDERATIONBIN FAVOUR OF MOTHER FOR PROPERTY OF MY FATHER WHO DIED INTESTATE AND FOR WHICH I HAVE RIGHTS.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE FOLLOWING :

1. WOULD A RELINQUISHMENT DEED REQUIRE COMPULSORY REGESTRATION OR ONE CAN DO WITHOUT IT.

THE RELINQUISHMENT DEED I REPEAT IS WITHOUT CONSIDERATION

The relinquish deed required compulsory regn., because you are transferring the right/title in immovable property.

It can be say Release Deed in that you can releasing your mothers rights and registration of the same is must as per Registration act 1908

but sir if registration is compulsory then would it not attract ad valorem stampt duty on the value of property.

the value of property is rs 50 lacs as per circle rate.

what would be the reg amount in the state of uttar pradesh
