Probate case in Delhi

Sir,
My father died intestate leaving behind total three legal shareholders of his property. Now suddenly one of the legal shareholder has filed probate case by attaching a forged laminated will that too is 25 years back. Though I have yet to receive the notice from court, can I approach the court before hand ? Secondly, suggest appropriate defence steps/point to be taken up in the petition against forged laminated will. Thirdly, can I stop the publication of this forged will under the above circumstances.

contest probate case after u get notice.

u can,, 'but do so only for engaging a lawyer

If you contest the case then it will be converted in to original suit, otherwise it will be dismissed.
If you feel it that will is forzed then send it for the expert opinion.
