sir,
I have some agriculture property which is mortgaged with bank. I want to lease it out what is the process

normally you have to take permission from the bank which is rarely given.

with the consent of bank u can. secondly there is a danger of btal act as it is an agricultural land.,the lessee will become a owner by sec32g
