salary payment

I am forced to resign in one occasion. But the management has not paid salary. I have reqested through email and orally also requested. What should I do to collect the salary.

IN CASE YOU ARE A WORKMAN THEN FILE A COMPLAINT IN LABOUR COURT AND IN CASE YOU WORKED AS OFFICER CATAGORY THEY YOU MAY FILE A CIVIL SUIT FOR RECOVERY OF THE SAME.GOOD LUCK.

Yes that apart to put pressure upon the Management you can file criminal case as well.

No criminal case will lie for it.. Just file a complaint before assistant commissioner of labour. No need to appoint an advocate.. As in person you can proceed your case there..

Just one month salary so complaint before A.C.L or you have to file before D.C.L. In tamilnadu commissioner of labour and labour court is various sectors. Here your case will not possible before labour court..
