In india no board gives recognition before 1st std then how i will make my pre-primary school legally correct to avoid any legal dispute in future. pls
guide in detail keeping in mind all aspect
like fees etc

watch out the state policy and rules in this regard.

It is treated as a day care center only. You have to register your institution under the shop and establishment act. It is not a school.
