Yes , there is no such citation.

in case of a divorce petition to be filed, the statutory limit is one year from the date of marriage. But prior to one year if any one wants to file any divorce petition one has to prove that the petitioner was under exceptional hardship and when the leave is granted one can file the divorce petition.
