My daughter is aged 25.She has completed her post graduation. An alliance has come her way and by all means the proposal is likely to take place. In between my daughter's so called boy friend came to know about her marriage proposal and started giving trouble. While my daughter is not at all interested in her boy friend, she doesn't know how to put an end to this and go ahead with the alliance.I request any one of you to draft a suitable memorandum to be executed by the boy friend with an uncondtional undertaking that he will not come her way and will not bother her or her husband in future. Please let me know if this has to be executed in front of a judge or any govt official inorder to ensure safety from legal point of view. Thanks for your help and advice.

There is no law for executing memorandum. Give a police complaint in respect of any trouble

try to sort out he issue amicably with the help of the boy friend's relative and friends.
Trying to settle the issue through legal means may not be a good idea,as any compromise forcefully imposed may not be effective in suchcases.

there is no such law which says that such matters can be resolved by way of memorandum....its not a commercial transaction.
either talk to him to put a lid over the past or take a stern action against him with the help of police.
you may talk to his parents in order to solve the matter amicably.
we dont know what went wrong between ur daughter and her boyfriend but that boy must be hurt....and without going into your personal issues I would suggest take help of his parents.

How do you expect him to act as per Memorandum of understanding even if he accept to execute. That will also create a problem to your daughter at later point of time. Better give complaint to police
