Validity of final decree

Is it is valid if final decree was not stamped in N.J stamps.........
is their any remidy for that.........
what are the consequences if final decree was not engroseed on n.J stamp..........

There is no necessity of stamping of a court decree unless it is to be got registered.

The final decree of a partition suit needs to be compulsorily engrossed on the requisite stamp paper otherwise the same has no force of law.
