1- Partition Suits - Stay /injunction Not to alienate the suit schedule Properties

2- Even if there is no Stay -any sale pending suit- sale will be subject to final disposal of the suit -

3- On Application -in certain Circumstances the Court may permit parties to suit,to sell subject to conditions according to the facts of the case ! How ever the Orders of the Court to be verified - the same can be challenged in Higher Court !
