Yes . Cause of for instituting the case arose at City -A only.

No,The case filed under the jurisdiction of place A is not maintainable whereas the complainants and accused address and Banks are under juridsiction of place B. Giving notice from palce A would not by itself give rise to a cause of action but comunication of the notice would.please go through the case of M/S Harman Electronics V/S M/S National Panasonic.
