Registration of agreement to sale

I have purchase d-502
but i want to change property m-502
builder is ready but he is saying agreement to sale is registered.

is it possible to change in registration of agreement to sale

how can i do it

Yes agreement for sale could be changed but I doubt whether on that strenth alone the number could be changed specally when the same is given by the Municipality.

Deed of Rectification/Correction can be executed and its better to registered it in order to avoid future discripancy

Sale agreement is different, sale deed is different. You can enter into a sale agreement for one property, but you can enter into a sale deed for a different party. But the builder should agree to adjust the money to the sale deed, which was paid at the time of sale agreement.
