Cyberlaw means law governing the use of computers and internet. As pointed out by the members, this is very critical field and not that easy. It focuses on the central and State laws, decisions of courts and administrative laws arising out if the use of the internet build on traditional laws that apply to bricks and mortar companies and apply technology to e-commmerce.For understanding cyberlaws it is necessary to understand the potential and limits of the technology in question from the history of internet to its current global use and places this technology in a business context that govern behaviour and business transaction along with software and hardware that forms part of cyberlaw issues such as privacy, contract, intellectual property rights, jurisdictions issues and common traditional laws. Not that easy.
