happy new year...
Hint 1:A property belongs to a Christian male.
Hint 2: Property situated in Chennai.
Hint 3: Will has been executed by a Christian male, drafted by an advocate.
Hint 4: Will has been registered.
Hint 5: Witnesses has been signed by his relation itself.

Q.1. whether it is a valid Will? (witnesses are the executor's relative)
Q.2. Whether the Will should be probated in respect of a Christian religion? (property situated in chennai city corporation)
