dear sir,
i wants to know clear about Indian depository Receipts , Global depository receipts and American depository receipts . their functions and duties , issuing bodies and governing authorities , differences between these three especially IDR and ADR's procedure functions .

If you have already filed acounter claim then where is the question of filing of ws.Without filing ws defendant can not raise conter claim.
