Which State you are talking about as it differs from state to state. In West Bengal it is Rs 50.

yes, it defers state to state. it is better to enquire from the registrar office of your area.

yes! in order to ascertain the value of Non-judicial Stamp Paper required for preparation of Partnership Deed , you have to indicate the State where the Principal place of Business of the proposed firm is located and you can find it out from O/o The Inspector General of Registration of your state.
