my father was allotted a shop by DDA(slum&jj wing)adressed C-13 rajdhani market, najafgarh road,n.delhi 110027. he purchased C-12 from the allottee in 1980.before he expired in feb 2010,he registered a will in my favour for the above said shops. We were two brothers and my elder brother expired in aug.2010.He was working in MCD and his widow is working in MTNL. how i can get the mutation of the shops in my name if they(widow and son of my brother) are not giving me the NOC for the same?Is certified copy of the "WILL"from the office of the Sub-registrar is a valid document for the mutation of the shops?I have read that probate of Registered "WILL" is not required in delhi, in the handbook of DDA?

When there is a regd., will by obtaining the certified copy of the same you can apply to enter your name to the property.

On the basis of registered will of your father you can go for mutation.
