Sir I want to share my problem with you.My very closed uncle is working in lic as an D.O. he got a conflict with doble A.O..She is a lady and belong to a s.t. category.She has given a written complaint to the branch manager of the branch. And she also specify that if no action is taken against him she will apply to s.t. cell and women cell.Next
month there is marriage of his daughter. he is very tensed.please help me what are the relief against her.There is no fault of my uncle.

There is no specific remedy in this stage. Let her file FIR, he can apply for Anticipatory Bail.

If any person wrongly misuses the law then it must have certain deficiencies then be vigil over the same and seek for appropraite remedy

It is safe to get an order of Anticipatory bail inview of the daughter's marriage.

However, departmental proceedings can be made into progress. If it ends in his favour, no one can say him guilty and ST cell have no power.
Tf any complaint is made under SCST(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, matter will be serious
