Hi All,
I purchased a peice of land which showed round of tenancy by collector ..so i purchased it..but the people who are claming to be tenants filed a case in the court regarding their rights..and not giving the possition,meanwhile they approched me for the compromise by claming money and i aggred to pay the money for the peaceful possition..so my question is what should documented legally in order to settel the issue and take the position of the land..

File a pre-Litigation case before legal Services Authority and get the Compromise recorded in L S A of Your Area .

File a compromise agreement to the Civil court, based on this your case will be closed. You are safe.
