my mother made a registered gift deed to me of the plot in the court and now my mother stays with my brother and my mother made a will on the name of my brother for the plot .now can my brother and mother has any right on the plot or not.

Contents of gift deed needs to be checked to see whether any conditions imposed while gifting the property.

As your mother has already validly executed a gift deed n your favour , she could no more execute any Will on the same subject matter. After the gift she has no more right, title and interest on the same property. Rest assured.
