If the final report has been submitted, appearance of accused is not required.
Summon is issued to complainant.

Is the Final Report is submitted in respect of all the accused persons or some of them. The person in respect of whom the final report is given would not be required to appear if the court accepts the final report.
Khaleel Ahmed Mohammed (Expert) 17 November 2010
During the trial it very necessary for accused to appear before court for hearing.
