in 1975 my father is alloted with a plot from dda on the lease deed and in the lease deed there was written that the plot is on the name of firm and my father as a propriter and in 1980 i became the partner in the firm with small capital invested in the firm. And in 1985 due to some family problems my father requested in dda to transfer this plot and firm to my two brothers and dda accepted it and made a new lease deed on name of my two brothers and i also signed the will of my father (which is not registered )on that time and the status of firm remains same as from 1980.And in 1995 i left the firm (unregistered dissolution deed) and i also took my capital out of it and after that one of brother works on that plot as a propriter in the firm till now.Now i want to know that whether i have any right on plot or not or whether i claim in the court for my right on plot

Dear anonymous,
Since you have consented to the will of your father(though unregistered)and since the lease deed has been executed by the DDA in the name of your two brothers you have no leasehold rights on the plot.

Yes you have no right in the plot. Though you were partner of the firm, you had no share in it and your resignation from the firm dis entitle you to claim the property absolutely.
