you can. but it is admissible only when it is admitted by the other party. it is better sent notice by registered post simultaneously with electronic device.

The notice sent through e-mail is valid piece of evidence if it is produced at the time of trial in the original print out.

Copy of email notice confirmation should be physically dispatched to the addressee and proper records to this effect can be kept for records to produce as evidence before the court.
