i have filed my divorce case in year 2007. but i want to know the high court direction in this case. because the hearing of this case is so low.

On each and every date, put a request "mylord, please give me a short date. I have been facing so and so problem". some times they concede your request and some times they decline. But you save atleast one year by these pestering requests.

Yes. Your case is not old enough to ask for the direction for expeditious hearing by the high court.
