Dear sir/Madam,

Can you tell me what if i dont reply to the lawywer notice and what are consequences i may face.please explain!

There is no harm if you do not reply to the lawyer's notice and one disadvantage of giving reply to the notice is you thereby admit the sending of the notice itself.

Yes, if u wish, u need not to reply.
Regarding the consequence, it might be written in the notice itself what steps he would take against u, if you not respond to the plea in the notice

Not replying the notice is always best policy so that your defense is not disclosed at earlier stage.

U have not stated the nature of the notice or the cause of action stated therein. Though sometimes silence can be golden, at a later stage, it may be interpreted as acqueasance if not acceptance.
