Hi, I am a fresher in HR. I want to know that if an employee resigns from the company without serving a notice period then should 1 month of basic salary is deducted or 1 month of gross salary is deducted. Our company is a BPO. And when is FNF given? Is it 45 days after the completion of notice period or 45 days after the submission of resignation?

This all depend on the T & C of the employment agreement what you have entered into with ur employer.
There is no general rule applicable to this type of agreement

Depends on the contract of service U had accepted at the time of appointment.
Parthasarathi Loganathan (Expert) 17 September 2010
Normally date of notice construes the date mentioned in the resignation. As opined by our experts termination of employment is wholly dependent upon the terms and conditions imposed in the service conditions.

I endorse the view of Mr.Vijayan.

yes It is the condition of service contract shall prevail.
