regards environmental pollution

Respected Lawyer's & my seniors,

I have a problem with the garbage dumps on our residing areas (bhel), firstly being a forest area, grass is developing beside the garbage pits, leading snakes come over to the houses. if we have the municipal people coming daily for the collection of garbage can we abolish those garbage pits permanently in our society? pls, help regarding this matter. lots of diseases occurs by these problem.

First complain to the local authorities. If nothing is done file a writ petition or a PIL in the High court. Don't forget to make the environment authorities party to the proceedings.
