a person is charged of murder of another person. The charge sheet is filed in the court of Chief Judicial Megistrate, who passed an order for sentence of imprisonment for life. Advice With reason.

The order is purely irregular and without any competence and hence liable to be set aside by the higher court even without getting into the merit of the case.

CJM has no power to convict the accused. Jurisdiction lies with dist., and sessions court.

Your question is absurd. Send the copy of order sheet to Chief Justice of India. He shall dismiss the CJM from service immediately.
