No specific citation is required for this purpose. woman folk cannot be involved under this Act means sister in law shall be got exonerated from the case but so far as male side is concerned, there is no distinction of law as who so ever is involved in the commission of the crime, he has to face it apart from the relationship and DIR is also one of the documents which becomes base for the trial court to decide the matter.
