Hi, I have a simple query if a person has prepared and signed his will but forgot to mention the date in it while the witnesses who have signed has put date in it , so in anyway the will can be debarred or put into vague or ambigous condition .

No. There shall be no effect of non-mentioning of date under his signature by scribe.

No.The WILL could not become void .If the testator is alive he can prepare a codicil to avoid his uncertainity.
