While buying VUDA approved Plots, which precautions should be taken as per law, and before buying which documents should be verified, Is necessary paper publication or not.

please give advise, i am waiting for your valuable replies.

In addition to the documents/precautions told by khaleel, I advise you to obtain complete search report since last 30 years of the land to be purchased which includes any minor interest, pending litigation, any proposed acquisition etc.

It shall also be good if neighbors are also personally contacted and enquiry is also made through them and paper publication is also made.

Obtain Title Certificate from any reputed soloicitor in your vicinity.
