My caste is dudekula but my initial is shaik is there any problem with my initial where i applied for the jobs under obc???

Your initial won't create any problem in recognizing you as OBC. for jobs.If it is listed in both state and central lists as OBC you can apply for jobs in State government and cventral Government as OBC category candidate
