After police fails to register an offence (eg FIR), one has to move to local magistrate (not HIGH COURT) under appropriate section for direction to file FIR. Can some one me its copy, (of their case, in which I can do necessary changes as per my case). my email is sumirdembla@yahoo.com

Sumir! Each case have its own facts. How can copy of some another case can suit you or your case and how can you make changes according to that copy in your already drafted case?
The section under which the prayer is made to the concerned criminal court is 156 (3) Cr. PC. You open this section, read it and draft a supporting application under this section and file the complaint with the trial/area magistrate.

Indeed true, but there is a language(a basic) for presenting case to court, it is different from ordinary application e.g. RTI application or a letter etc. I just needed that, once the FIR is filed rest depends on public prosecutor

File a private complaint u/s 200 of cr.p.c. r/w sec of IPC for offences committed.
Your complaint should have the narration of the offenses commuted, the ingredients of the offences should be shown in the complaint.
Draft the complaint as usual, it doesn't required special language. Go with the drafting.
