Sticking bills on my compound wall

I have painted my compound wall newly. Immediately, next day, I found full of posters on the compound wall. I have removed all the posters and washed. Again next day same thing has happened. I want to know, whom shall i complaint and how to take action against the poster stickers.

If it was pasted by political party then you can not go ahead,because they can revenge by which you may not stay with peace.If you have dare with then you can lodge a complaint to the State Election Office as well as Election Commission of India,Ashoka Road,New Delhi-110001.

You can fix a notice regarding this. If again bills sticking happens, send notice to advertiser.
