Dear Friends,
One of my friend completed 12 years of pensionable service in 2007.r that he worked some more organisation but on every occasion, he withdrew EPF & FPF compeltely. Right now he is working in a company for last 3 years. He is planning to do own business now. Is it possible if he instead of withdrawing the family pension would like to merge the same with his pension due from 1st company.

he has already withdrawn FPF so where can he combine it.

I would like to explain that my friend has completed 12 years service in his first company and he has been allotted certifcate for pension entitlement at retirement age. After first company he worked in many other companies mostly for one year and withdrew his PF & EPF amount. But in existing company he is working for 3 years. Can he withdraw nly provident fund contribution and add pension fund contribution under family pension scheme alongwith his 1st company's entitlement to make his pensionable service 15+3 (Total 15) years.

You may consult the Employees pension schemes organisation which is offering this facility for further eligibility to the existing scheme.
