Mutual consent divorce

We are going for mutual consent divorce and also filed petition of us in court in Feb 14.

in first date she not come so i got next date. Court and and file no givwn.
Now I want to ask the process of this mutual consent is period of six month starting from Case paper filed in court or the date she will appear in court.

please advise. Thanks, Regards

The court would give you another one year within which both of you have to be present. if any of you fail to do that, the case will be dismissed.
