hi experts..
my new name is NISARGA KRISHNA.. and my former name BABY.N.K.... with all affidavit and ive published this in one of the local news paper..
I want to change my name in all my academic certificates..
how far it takes time to change.. and please tell me the procedure to change my name in all my documents...??
and how can i apply for my further govt. identification.??

you cant change into your certificate, but you can use in future certificate along with gazette notification.

Make an affidavit and then make gazette notification.

Get the change notified in Gazette and get a sworn affidavit prepared.

For future purpose you can use your new name.
