Dear sir
Partition suit is pending in the court for 6 Acres of land, for three brothers,the last brother has given the land to till on lease basis,if we go and ask to leave our land he will threat us and beat us,we have given the compliant the police favored them,what to do sir ,the 6Acers of land is in first brothers name he his aged plz advise,.

when was land given on lease? was it after partition suit was filed? did you obtain any injunction from court restraining your brother from creating third pry rights pending disposal of suit ?

Yes ajay sethi sir it was given after partition suit was filed,my lawyer is not yet asked the court for injunction order.what to do sir,kindly show me the way sir,kindly do the needful.

you ought to have moved the court immediately after filing of suit for interim reliefs . since no injunction was sought , your brother has given land on lease .
obtain an injunction restraining your brother from creating third party rights ie selling the property etc .
you must have engaged a lawyer . he will do the needful .
you will have to satisfy the court that although property is standing in name of your elder brother other brothers also have share in 6 acres of land .
