Revision petition and 482 crpc

Sir,
If charges has been framed by Learned Magistarte court..Can RevisIon petition petition be filed directly in H.C? ..In case if the revision petition is dismissed by the H.C. Can H.C can admit the same petition under 482 CRPC??

Please also inform which one is best Revision or the petition under 482 CrPC??

Dear Raj
as per my opinion, Revision filed before HC/Session Court will be better, because if HC dismissed revision petition then HC can not accept the same as 482 Cr.p.c.
you have to file fresh petition u/s 482 of Cr.P.C

Thanks Nadeem..But if HC dismissed the petition under 401 CrPC whether fresh petition under 482 Crpc is maintainable?
