Sir,
With due respect I would like to draw the following few lines for your kind suggestion please.
I Dheeraj Kumar Singh had joined the department of Post on 11 Dec 2006 as an Postal Assistant with GP 2400/-. I served the department from 11 Dec 2006 to 29 Sep 2011. During this I apply for Staff Selection Commission exam 2010 through proper channel. In the year 2010 I was selected for the Post of Accountant with GP 2800/-.
After that I had applied for technical resignation and the department of Post accepted my resignation with out mentioning the technical word in the acceptance letter, But they completed all the technical formalities for relieving me. After that I had joined Pay and Accounts Office DGMS Dhanbad on 03 Oct 2011.
After receiving my service book from the department of Post and doing all needful Pay and Accounts Office again opened my service book. This new organization also gives me the pay protection of my previous service. Here when I joined the Pay and Accounts Office I informed the department that I had already applied for Staff Selection Commission Exam 2011. This year I again selected for the post of Inspector (Preventive Officer) in the Central Excise & Customs. With GP 4600/- .
I informed them though out the process of selection. Now I again applied for technical resignation . Here Pay and Accounts accepted my technical resignation with lien of 02 years.
Now in my present department i.e Central excise and customs I applied for transfer TA. This office raises some objection. like
(a) whether he is permanent on his previous post i.e Accountant or not
(b)Can they allow for transfer TA on the basis of his postal service .
Now I want the answer of the following questions.
(i) In this case since I was on probation am I eligible for the technical resignation?
(ii) Every time, I get technical resignation and my previous service is continuous then am I eligible for transfer traveling allowance under the rule SR 114 or under any other central government service rule?
Now I am very much confused what to do. No body has guided me..
Yours sicerely
Dheeraj Kumar Singh

Do Not be confused. You are accounts man now. Consult TA Rules which is part of FR/SR.
