How to withdraw divorce petition with condition?

I want to mention in divorce withdrawal petition that if my wife do suicide I should not be responsible.

Is this possible?

Even of you mention this and your wife does suicide implicating you, the mutual divorce petition would be of no use.

So forget about the future and concentrate on present circumstances.

Barman ji,

It is not for MCD. I filed for divorce on section 13 based on desertion and cruelty.

But after observing my wife behavior I feel that we should give each other one chance.

But I always worry about her little aggresive nature thus can I mention in divorce withdrawl petition that I should not be responsible of her suicide signed by her,BIL,MIL,FIL ?

How do you expect the BIL,FIL,MIL sign a legal document,pertaining to future actions of you wife?
