hi had made correction deed related to my flat paper.there was name correction in agreement so please confirm me that New Index II is required for correction deed.Because i what to take loan for that property and bank lawyer is asking for new index II of correction deed.

Dear Brjesh,

It is known as rectification deed and not correction.You can get it from the office of registrar after payment of requisite fee.
