Transfer of society shares

Hi,
I have entered into an agreement of sale of my flat. The transaction is not yet completed. I would like to know if I can transfer my shares to the new flat owner before receipt of 100% amount consideration. Is it related to the possession of the flat, or can it be done before possession..

dont be a fool . how can you transfer shares without taking full considertaion .

after you receive full payment regsiter the agreement for trasnfer of flat and deliver posession of flat . make application to society for transfer of share ion flat . if documents are in order society will do the needful
