Hello All!!!
Can anybody please provide me with the latest judgements, Case Laws or citation with respect to Sec. 489(A),(B)&(C) of I.P.C.? It's 489 (Fake Currency Notes) and not 498.

What is the relation of fake currency with a 498(a)(b)(c) case, while the section relates to cruelty towards woman by husband or his relatives?

Let me clarify on behalf of the querist.
He/she is asking about Sec.489 and not 498.
Sec.489 deals with counterfeit currency & bank notes and the subsections deal with manufacture, possess, use, making instruments for producing counterfeit etc..

You have to spell out eh circumstances of the case as the precedents do not have any blanket applicability.

Yes, I too suggest to try Indiankanoon. This is a free of cost website whch does not requrie registration, log-in etc. You can find judgments on any kind of cases
